Vineyard

South-east facing terraced vineyard near the Adriatic Sea, situated 100m above sea level, on a tuff – sand soil on which the bora, the north-east wind, the mistral, the northwest wind and the tramontane deposit sea salt while blowing over the vineyards; at the same time the libeccio, a hot dry wind (garbino as the local people call it) makes the grapes ripen in the best way.
