Tasting Notes: Clear, straw yellow in colour with golden reflections. Aromatic, floral herbs (hawthorn) with hints of white fruits (Williams pears) and a spicy tone of white pepper are evident. An intense fresh palate, persistent with evident mineral notes. Balanced and aromatic

Ageing/Vinification: Unstemmed grapes are pressed. After controlled fermentation, several pumpovers are carried out. The wine remains in steel in a large tank for approximately 9 months before being bottled, then bottle aged one month before release.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in the municipality of Morgex and La Salle (Aosta), on mountain sandy soil approximately 900m to 1200m above seal level.
