Vinification

Unstemmed grapes are pressed. After controlled fermentation, several pumpovers are carried out. The wine remains in steel in a large tank for approximately 9 months before being bottled, then bottle aged one month before release.

Vineyards are located in the municipality of Morgex and La Salle (Aosta), on mountain sandy soil approximately 900m to 1200m above seal level.
