Tasting Notes: Typically intense ruby red with persistent aroma. Dominant scents of undergrowth and a lightly spiced note. Ample, soft palate, rich tannins that confer elegance and freshness. Great aging potential in the bottle.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermented in wooden vats, performing punch-down operations for 12 to 14 days and ageing in large oak barrels for 11 months.

Vineyard: This late-maturing variety is harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November, so it is essential to dedicate the right area to its plantation. Steep inclinations and a South-Western exposure are the main criteria for the production of a quality Fumin.
