Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour with floral notes and a pleasant crisp flavour. It is also warm, soft with moderate acidity. The palate has forest fruit flavours, blackberries and blueberries, soft tannins and crispness

Ageing/Vinification: With destemmed grapes, maceration with skin for 8 to 10 days pumping over three times a day at 28C to 30C controlled temperature. Refined in stainless steel.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in the Municipality of Quart and Saint Christophe, about 600 to 700m above sea level with an incline of 50 to 70%. Vines face south/south west on soil that is sandy grain size typical of the region with little depth (less than 50 cm) with an abundance of stone residue.
