Tasting Notes: The tasting perceptions are dominated by an excellent balance, highlighting the perceived involvement of all factors, the robust structure maintains the alcoholic content, giving the wine a remarkable, balanced and very persistent body.

Ageing/Vinification: 3 hours of maceration, low temperature fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Aged 9 months in stainless steel, on the lees. Cold stabilized and filtered, no fining.

Vineyard: Vines planted in 1998, 2000, 2005 and 2010, 250m to 300m above seal level with south-south east exposure. Soil is limestone based clay.
