Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color with light greenish reflexes. Evident floral notes with the scents of fresh Mediterranean scrub: broom and chamomile. Fresh fruit and minerality on the palate with nice length on the finish. A fresh an easygoing white to pair with lighter dishes.

Ageing/Vinification: Soft pressing, cold and static clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation (18-20°C). 5 months ageing in steel, 2 months refining in bottle.
