Tasting Notes: Pale golden-yellow hue. The aromas are of citrus, white fruit and sweet spices. On the lean palate, the flavors are of underripe apricot and peach, citrus pith, and a hint of earthiness and minerality on the textured finish.

Ageing/Vinification: 1 day of cryomaceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel.

Vineyard: La Rivolta has about 30h of vines located in Torrecuso (Benevento) with south / south west exposure. The soil is a mix of marl and limestone.
