Tasting Notes: Subtle and delicate, it is enriched with balsamic notes and wild flowers, which make for a complex bouquet. Fresh-tasting, piquant and dynamic, it is well balanced.

Ageing/Vinification: Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 24 hours, soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation in steel vats for several months.

Vineyard: The Le Monde vineyard is located in the Grave del Friuli area, shaped by the rivers that have deposited here the calcareous-dolomitic material torn from the mountains and carried downstream along their bed. These plots mainly consist of clayey-calcareous soils of alluvial origin, which cover the underlying gravelly layer and exalt the aromas of our best white wines. The soil, however, is also rich in microelements important for black grape varieties, which benefit from particular microclimatic conditions.
