Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour. Fruity aromas with hints of ripe cherry and red fruit. A full bodied wine with hints of red fruit and brilliant acidity.

Ageing/Vinification: Crushing with de-stemming, 7/10 day maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. Aged in stainless steel and cement vats.

Vineyard: Mommiano vineyards in the township of Canale. The terrain has South/West exposure on soil that is calcareous, sandy, clayey.
