Tasting Notes: A deep garnet red colour tending towards violet with aromas of red currants, plum and white pepper. Medium bodied and elegant, the balanced palate shows soft tannins and a persistent finish. From an indigenous grape typical in Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

Ageing/Vinification: 6-8 day maceration on the skins with ageing in concrete vats and a touch of wood for one year.

Vineyard: Vines grown on Gravel and limestone plateau composed by pebbles, clay and flint.
