Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red in colour with intense aromas of red berry. The palate is full bodied, velvety, fairly tannic and harmonic.

Ageing/Vinification: 10 to 45 days maceration on skins. Skin maceration, fermentation in Stainless-steel 150 hl capacity at temperatures of 25C to 28C. Aged in stainless steel. Bottled in early March.

Vineyard: Vineyards are in the Licodia Eubeda region, planted in 1995, about 500m above sea level. Medium texture soil tending to compact, interspersed with limy tufa.
