Tasting Notes: Floral aromas of white rose, gentian, acacia and spring and fruity flowers, white peach, rennet apple and rust pear. There are also herbaceous sensations of hay and medicinal herbs and a stony and saline minerality with memories of wet sand.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and aging in cement, on whole lees for 6 months.

Vineyard: Unlike i Clivi’s steep slopes which require hand harvesting and manual vineyard work, ViniVerso’s sites enjoy the advantage of being flatter and much less labor intensive. 20 year old vines located in Gorizia-Gradisca, on clayey soil.
