Located along the banks of the River Soligo, the building has been completely restored inside, all whilst keeping the industrial architecture dating back to the 1970's. The foundation of production is where two worlds collide; as the property's flowing water meets meticulously chosen hops from Germany.
They hold their 'elements' used at such a high regard, as it is both the plentiful area, and quality imports that make their production possible.

The key to their success? Beyond the meticulous selection of the ingredients used, they attribute their accomplishments to the immense passion they've held over the years. From the start, they have been focused on continuing their family involvement in the project.
