Tasting Notes: A particular specialty of the Valle Isarco. Greenish to bright yellow in colour with aromas of peach, apricot, and a hint of tangerine. Very lively, juicy, and sleek on the palate, with a mineral-rich finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks at 17C to 19C temperatures. Aged 6 months before release.

Vineyard: Grapes grown in the Bressanone valley basin, approximately 650m to 800m above sea level. with south, south east, south west exposure. Soil has permeable moraine deposits composed of mica schist, para gneiss and quartzite.
