Tasting Notes: Bright gold colour. Aromas of wet stones with hints of flowers, apricot, peach and herbs. On the palate, the wine is very flavorful with lively balancing acidity. Clean and elegant.

Ageing/Vinification: Controlled low temperature fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel, on the lees, then 3 months in bottle before release. Filtered with coarse paper. Approximately 8,000 bottles produced.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in the municipality of Trecastagni - Contrada Ronzini, about 2h in size and 650m above sea level. Volcanic soil with pumice.
