Vinification

Controlled low temperature fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel, on the lees, then 3 months in bottle before release. Filtered with coarse paper. Approximately 8,000 bottles produced.

Vineyard

Vineyards are located in the municipality of Trecastagni - Contrada Ronzini, about 2h in size and 650m above sea level. Volcanic soil with pumice.
