Tasting Notes: Intense, fragrant aromas with hints of blackberries and blackcurrants, rose tea and violets. The palate is Intense, with a light tannin texture and good persistence.

Ageing/Vinification: after the grapestalk are removed the wine is put to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 10 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation is done during spring time. Bottled in spring.

Vineyard: Romagnano Sesia vineyard planted in 2000 in Bogogno, High Piemonte. Vines have south east/south west exposure, about 300m above sea level with soil containing acid ph, clay and sand..
