Tasting Notes: A cult wine that promotes and enhances an ancient and extraordinary Italian production area. Intense ruby red colour with slight violet reflections. Stewed dark cherry nose with notes of earthy herbs and cedar chest. Palate is balanced, medium body, structured tannins

Ageing/Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, entirely malolactic fermentation carried out in barriques. Aged in allier and tronçais barriques that are of first and second passage for 24 months.

Vineyard: Produced in the Monteroduni area in the Miranda vineyard, which is about 4h and 560m above sea level. The soil is mostly clay.
