Tasting Notes: Gold yellow in colour with aromas of Mediterranean maquis and citrus. The palate has good acidity and minerality.

Ageing/Vinification: handmade berries selection, short skin contact and soft pressing. Controlled temperature clarification and fermentation, selected yeasts. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 8 months in stainless steel (3 months batonnage) then in bottle for at least 12 months

Vineyard: Vineyard is located in the town of Solopaca, Sheet 12, parcel 122, 250m to 300m above sea level, with north / south exposure on volcanic clay soil.
