Tasting Notes: Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, pear, violet. The palate is fresh and balanced, persistent with a delicate aftertaste of red fruits.

Ageing/Vinification: after the grapestalk are removed the must has been put into the press where stayed in maceration for 2 hours. After the pressing the must fermented at the temperature of 15°C for 25 days. No malolactic fermentation. After 4 month in stainless steel tanks we bottled the wine in february 2022

Vineyard: Vineyards located in high Piemonte, on the hillside of Ghemme, planted in 2000, with sud east/sud west exposure. About 300m above sea level on soil with acid ph, clay, sand.
