Tasting Notes: Textural seduction abounds from Italy’s version of a very, very fine red Burgundy. Ruby red and layered with a core of mature fruit, spice and finessed, silky tannins.

Ageing/Vinification: Classic fermentation without temperature control, with pumpovers and delestages Malolactic fermentation. Aged 3 years, of which 24 months in wood (6000 liters cask). The wine is then blended and aged for a few months in concrete tanks.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in northern Piemonte, from winery’s estates in the village of Masserano. Approximately 350 meters above sea level with South-East / South-West exposure on soils composed of sand of volcanic origins, red brown in colour, with acid PH.
