Vinification

Classic fermentation without temperature control, with pumpovers and delestages. Malolactic fermentation. Aged 3 years, of which 24 months in wood (2nd and 3rd use tonneaux). The wine is then blended and aged for a few months in concrete tanks.

Vineyard

Vineyards are located in northern Piemonte, from winery’s estates in the village of Lessona. 350m above sea level, with South-West / South-East exposure on soils that contain ancient marine sands, yellow in colour, with acid PH.
