Tasting Notes: Fruit aromas of raspberries and hints of spices and vanilla. The palate is structured with tannins that complement the wine’s roundness.
Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature (24°C to 28° C) with daily pumping over and délestage; following the racking, wine will proceed the ageing on its own fine lees in stainless steel tanks followed by some months of bottle ageing
Vineyard: The wine production area of Montefalco is in the center of Umbria, a hilly area situated in an excellent position and with particular geological characteristics.
