Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red in colour. Intense aromas that are persistent and spiced with accents of wild berries. A full bodied wine that is pleasantly tannic.

Ageing/Vinification: 8 to 15 days maceration over skins. Fermented in Stainless-steel 150 hl capacity tanks. Aged in stainless steel.

Vineyard: Vineyards were planted in 1998 and are located in Licodia Eubea, about 500m above seal level on medium texture soil to calcareous.
