Tasting Notes: Pale pink with aromas of red berries, blood orange and fresh herbs. Dry with a mineral core; superb freshness and crisp acidity.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation in cement tanks without any maceration. Ageing on the lees for 6 months.

Vineyard: Located on the Northern slope of Mount Etna at Passopisciaro. Old, ungrafted vineyards at an elevation between 300m and 900m above sea level on volcanic soils.
