Tasting Notes: Smoky and mineral-driven on the nose with a hint of dried flowers. Cocoa and graphite on the palate with mouth filling tannins and a long lasting finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Maceration on skins for up to 60 days, fermentation in stainless steel vats; no use of selected yeasts. Ageing: In Slavonian oak barrels for 12-18 months with an additional minimum of 12 months in bottle.

Vineyard: 60-70 year old vineyards are located in the municipality of Maschito, about 580m above sea level.
