Tasting Notes: A deep ruby red with aroma that express ripe black fruit with maraschino scents. Special attention to the spicy notes evokes complex underearth scents and a dry, tannic palate and a long finish.

Ageing/Vinification: destemmed grapes in stainless steel vats, spontaneous fermentation. 30 days of maceration, performing punch-down operations, 3 times a day at a controlled temperature of 28/30C. Aged 12 to 15 months in barriques and a few months in the bottle.

Vineyard: Grapes come from Vigna Tzeriat in the municipality of Quart, about 600 to 700m above sea level, south / south west facing with an incline of about 80%. The soil is sandy grain size typical of the region with little depth (less than 50 cm) with an abundance of stone residue.
