Tasting Notes: Rich stone fruit comes forward in the form of pear and peach tones accompanied with herbal notes. The fruit slowly gives way to smokey/spicy flavours and a refreshing minerality.

Ageing/Vinification: The wine remains on the fine lees for 12 months in stainless steel, then further aged in bottle for 12 months before release.

Vineyard: 8h of vineyards located in the highest altitude area of Avellino, at around 750m above sea level, and is comprised mostly of rocky-volcanic soils with a limestone-clay subsoil. Its this combination of high elevation and soils that Guido believes makes for great Fiano.
