Tasting Notes: Intense straw yellow colour with fresh aromas that have hints of wild flowers. The palate is harmonious, rich, intense, fresh and savory with a fruity finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Aged for 12 months in a tank on the lees, and it was also fermented in a stainless steel tank.

Vineyard: 8h of vineyards located in the highest altitude area of Avellino, at around 500m above sea level, and is comprised mostly of tuffa clay soils. Vines are 20 to 30 YO.
