Tasting Notes: Delicate and characteristic bouquet (clear almond scent, with mild wild flowers). Dry, slightly aromatic on an elegant almond base, with flavours of elderberry.

Ageing/Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel using native yeasts. At the end of this process, the wine stays on its on fermentation deposits for 6 months (on lees). After this time, the wine is bottled with a light filtration.

Vineyard: 80 year old vines planted around the “San Lorenzo” Church on Mount Quarin, in the village of Brazzano, province of Gorizia. Soil consists of marl and sandstone flysch of Eocene origin, called with the local name of Ponca.
