Vinification

Pinot grigio was immediately pressed and must began spontaneously ferment in barriques. Chardonnay and Sauvignon destemmed grapes were macerated in Slavonian oak fermenters with indigenous easts for 4 days. Aged 11 months in barrique, refined in stainless steel vats. Unfitered.

Vineyard

20 to 35 year old vines Gorizia, Oslavia with northeast and southwest exposure. 180m above sea level on soil that is predominately clay and marl.
