Tasting Notes: An intense deep ruby red colour with a purple rim. Bright aromas of fresh-picked red fruit like raspberry, red currant and sour cherry, merging with spices: pink peppercorn and whiffs of walnut, violets and strawberry bubblegum. On the palate the sensation is round and structured. Supple tannins and an acidity that doesn’t prevail. A medium-bodied wine of great smoothness.

Ageing/Vinification: Maceration on the skins, 10 day fermentation in stainless steel followed by malolactic fermentation.
