Tasting Notes: Shiny straw yellow with golden hues. Notes of iodine, balsamic hints and a balanced aromatic profile with a touch of exotic fruits. Rich and creamy on the palate. Pleasant acidity which sustains a floral bouquet and recollects the balsamic notes felt on the nose.

Ageing/Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, natural clarification of the must by cold static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.

Vineyard: The vinegrowing area at La Ponca is composed of six different vineyards scattered, from north to south, around the hamlet of Scriò: Pacial, Petris, Paglizza, Casa Rossa, Skal and Ronc.
