Tasting Notes: On the nose it reveals a delicate structure, characterized by a broad range of clearly distinguishable floral notes. It has an agile structure, supported by a freshness and a flavor definitely present.

Ageing/Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration 24-48 hours, soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at temperature controlled and subsequent maturation in steel tanks in contact with yeasts.

Vineyard: The Le Monde vineyard is located in the Grave del Friuli area, shaped by the rivers that have deposited here the calcareous-dolomitic material torn from the mountains and carried downstream along their bed. These plots mainly consist of clayey-calcareous soils of alluvial origin, which cover the underlying gravelly layer and exalt the aromas of our best white wines. The soil, however, is also rich in microelements important for black grape varieties, which benefit from particular microclimatic conditions.
