Ageing/Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel for 4 to 6 months at temperatures between 16C and 18C

Vineyard: Fondo Guarini in San Pietro Vernotico, a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. Ninety hectares of vineyards, containing mainly Negroamaro, Primitivo, Susumaniello and Chardonnay. An estate characterized by the presence of woods and olive groves.
