Tasting Notes: Fruity aroma of ripe grapes, vinous, slightly earthy but elegant, intense, varietal. dry, round, well-bodied, tannic.

Ageing/Vinification: Traditional-style, floating cap fermentation of selected estate-grown grapes for 15 to 20 days. Ageing: In medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels for around 6 to 8 months. The wine is bottled 2 years after the vintage.

Vineyard: Cultivation zone: Perno, on Santo Stefano hill in the village of Monforte d’Alba (CN), and various vineyards in Castiglione Falletto.
