Tasting Notes: La Serra distinguishes itself for its fresh style along with an intense elegant bouquet. A wine with a very rich bouquet with hints of spices, fresh and pleasant hints of chocolate, licorice and tobacco, typical of an austere Barolo of good complexity.

Ageing/Vinification: medium-long maceration in contact with the grape skins, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, malolactic fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels for at least 18 months.

Vineyard: Barolo La Serra is of primary importance in the geographical area of La Morra. With its south-southeastern exposure and about 370-400m above sea level.
