Northern Whites Mixed Case

This carefully curated mixed case will take you on a journey through some of the iconic white wine appellations and grape varieties of Northern Italy. This area has plenty of altitude and, in many cases, vineyards are on steep foothills of the Alps. This creates a climate with great diurnal temperature variation and plenty of sunshine, allowing the grapes to develop complexity and vibrant acidity while still ripening beautifully. Although all different, these stunning whites are from low-yield, high-quality vineyards, allowing the aromatics of each grape variety to show its true character.

MARCO DONATI SYLVANER VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI IGT "AURORA" 2023

Sylvaner 100%. Straw yellow with delicate aromatic notes of apple, pear nectar, meadow flower and lime. The palate reveals absolute finesse and elegance; dry and fresh with balanced structure, rounded out by a nice backbone of acidity and minerality.

I CLIVI FRIULIANO SAN LORENZO COLLIO DOC

Friulano 100%. Delicate and characteristic bouquet (clear almond scent, with mild wild flowers). Dry, slightly aromatic on an elegant almond base, with flavours of elderberry.

ETTORE GERMANO LANGHE DOC NASCETTA 2021

Nascetta 100%. A delicate bouquet of lemon, white flowers sage and thyme. Medium to full mouth feel with a good acidity, wonderful minerality and a pleasant finish.
