Northern Whites Mixed Case

This carefully curated mixed case will take you on a journey through some of the iconic white wine appellations and grape varieties of Northern Italy. This area has plenty of altitude and, in many cases, vineyards are on steep foothills of the Alps. This creates a climate with great diurnal temperature variation and plenty of sunshine, allowing the grapes to develop complexity and vibrant acidity while still ripening beautifully. Although all different, these stunning whites are from low-yield, high-quality vineyards, allowing the aromatics of each grape variety to show its true character.

I CLIVI FRIULIANO SAN LORENZO COLLIO DOC

Friulano 100%. Delicate and characteristic bouquet (clear almond scent, with mild wild flowers). Dry, slightly aromatic on an elegant almond base, with flavours of elderberry.

Suavia Massifitti Bianco Veronese IGT

White floral notes (lily of the valley, jasmine), tree fruit and mineral (flinty) aromas. The palate is creamy and savory, with ripe pear, aromatic herbs and mineral alongside crisp acidity.

Cavallotto Pinner Vino Bianco

Fermented without the skins, this red grape vinified as a white has a rosy hue and is truly unique. Well-structured with excellent minerality and aromas of tropical fruits and, after some ageing, floral elements.
