Tasting Notes: It has a pale straw color with slight greenish reflections, brilliant, and a delicately vegetal aroma with fruity notes. The freshness and liveliness characterize the taste of this Vermentino, which also has a good flavor persistence and a clean finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Le Conche is made using only Vermentino DOCG grapes, grown in the high hills of southern Gallura and carefully selected by the Isoni family, with the goal of creating a wine that is both fresh and enjoyable to drink.

Vineyard: The winery is located in the heart of Gallura, along the “Via delle Conche,” just a few kilometers from the sea. It spans approximately 15 hectares of vineyard, all directly managed by in-house personnel, who are supported by experts from the Faculty of Agriculture of Sassari. Together, they conduct ongoing vineyard experiments. The winery specializes in Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Sardinia’s most prestigious white wine designation. The granite-rich soils of Gallura provide a unique minerality and structure to the grapes, which are meticulously cared for throughout the growing season.
