Tasting Notes: With its ruby red colour, luminous and profound, Petruccino is a bold suitor. Its spicy, herby character and welcoming fresh flavours lead into a balsamic finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in French oak vats, up to 32 days; ageing in French oak casks for 22 - 24 months; a minimum of 24 months of bottle maturation follows.

Vineyard: 2.4h of vines, 432-482m above sea level wiht west/south west exposure. Soils consist of vertical fissile schist, mixed with clay in the upper 30 cm.
