Vinification

10 to 45 days maceration on skins. Skin maceration, fermentation in Stainless-steel 150 hl capacity at temperatures of 25C to 28C. Aged in stainless steel. Bottled in early March.

Vineyard

Vineyards are in the Licodia Eubeda region, planted in 1995, about 500m above sea level. Medium texture soil tending to compact, interspersed with limy tufa.
