Tasting Notes: Floral aromas with hints of jasmine with a savoury palate.

Ageing/Vinification: Grapes picked in middle of September. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel 150hl capacity at 15C to 18C. Maceration on skins for 5 to 8 days. Aged in stainless steel then bottled in October.

Vineyard: Vineyards planted in 1998 in Licodia Eubea area, about 500m above sea level. Medium texture soil with a tendency to compact, interspersed with limy tufa.
