Tasting Notes: Deep, intense and elegant notes of white and yellow flowers, acacia and broom. Yellow pulp fruit, chamomile and white pepper hints on the palate with fresh acidity and rich texture on the palate.

Ageing/Vinification: Cold maceration on the skins for a few days, followed by fermentation in steel with 20% in acacia tonneau. Ageing: 11 months on the fermentation lees in the same fermentation containers.

Vineyard: Vines planted in 2008, 1h in size, 300m above sea level, with east exposure and clay-limestone soil.
