Tasting Notes: Aromas of wildflowers with a finish of flint and almond. Excellent acidity, balanced by a marked salinity, characteristic of these lands emerging from the sea.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and aging in cement, on whole lees for 6 months.

Vineyard: Unlike i Clivi’s steep slopes which require hand harvesting and manual vineyard work, ViniVerso’s sites enjoy the advantage of being flatter and much less labor intensive. 20 YO vines located in Gorizia-Gradisca, on clayey soil.
