Tasting Notes: The ash and lapilli soil helps to give the wine its characteristic ruby ​​red color and the inviting aroma of blackberries and sour cherries. The freshness in the mouth and the pleasant flavor make it a unique tasting experience.

Ageing/Vinification: Fruit is destemmed, macerated a couple of days, all fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, then aged in stainless steel for 18 months. Fined with gum arabic, cardboard filtration, cold stabilized.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located on the lower slopes of Mount Vesuvius volcano, inside a national park. 70YO ungrafted vines, 350m to 400m above sea level, South West Facing, on volcanic soil.
