Tasting Notes: Pale gold in colour with greenish reflections. Floral notes of acacia with hints of tropical fruits, citric notes, especially grapefruit. Good structure, dynamic, with excellent acidity, savory with hints of iodine.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation in temperature controlled medium sized stainless steel tank at 16°C. Aged 5 months in concrete tanks on the fine lees and a month fining in bottle.

Vineyard: Laghetto I - II - III Quadro and Rio vineyards, with south-east exposure and soils that contain fluvial sediment with clay, limestone and sand.
