Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks with 4 months refinement also in stainless steel; 2 months ageing in bottle.

Vineyard: Pagliano Vineyard located in the heart of the winery, it is a 20-years-old vineyard covering almost 20h at an average altitude of 350 meters above sea-level, facing south west. Soils are mainly clay-calcareous.
