Tasting Notes: The white wine of the Piemontese tradition, a glass full of freshness and simplicity. Intense, fresh with citrus notes and sensations of aromatic herbs. Balanced, fresh, with good acidity.

Ageing/Vinification: Gentle and delicate grape pressing, followed by settling of the must obtained. Temperature- controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is left on its fine lees for about 3 months and successively bottled.

Vineyard: 18 hectares between La Morra, Serralunga d'Alba, Monforte d'Alba, and 4 Barolo Crus: R56 (Brandini), Annunziata, Meriame, Cerretta.
