Tasting Notes: Straw coloured with aromas that are a mixture of exotic fruits and flowers; long-lasting fragrance. the mouth remains sapid and full, with sweet notes on the end.

Ageing/Vinification: Soft pressing in the total absence of oxygen; fermentation and aging in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation it matures on its fine lees for 4 months.
