Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose there are floral notes with Mediterranean maquis, white and green fruit. Round, balanced, with fresh acidity and persistent fruit taste.

Ageing/Vinification: Short skin contact, soft pressing, controlled temperature fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. 3 months additional ageing in the bottle

Vineyard: Vineyards in the town of Solopaca, about 100m above sea level with north and south exposure. Sandy soil with stones.
