Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red, it is rich in floral notes. Pleasantly fresh on the palate, with soft tannins and crisp.

Ageing/Vinification: With destemmed grapes, maceration with skin for 8 to 10 days pumping over three times a day at 28C to 30C controlled temperature. Refined in stainless steel.

Vineyard: Cultivation zone: Municipality of Quart and Saint Christophe. Elevation: 600 to 700 metres above sea level. Aspect: South, south west. Soil type: Sandy grain size typical of the region with little depth (less than 50 cm). Abbundance of stone residue.
